Hamda Qaiser

Hamda Qaiser is the Post-Award Support Specialist for the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University. She works closely with the Director of Finance and Human Resources to manage financial operations across sponsored programs, philanthropic funds, research centers, and labs. Her work includes coordinating with internal stakeholders, facilitating payments to subcontractors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with university and sponsor requirements. She also supports human resource oversight through the coordination of hiring, salary allocations, and position funding changes.
