MS AlumnaCharisse is a Carter School MS alum. She leads the graduate student services advising team and advises our doctoral, dual degree, and graduate certificate students.
Director of Finance & Human Resources
Prior to the Carter School, Dianka worked for Virginia Tech’s National Capital Region Operations office as Associate Director for Business Management, where she was responsible for financial management, human resource oversight, and regional diversity and inclusion efforts.
Graduate Admissions and Recruitment Assistant
Janine is currently the Graduate Admissions and Recruitment assistant working with Dr. Monique Norton.

Christine serves as the first point of contact at Point of View for event inquiries, scheduling events, and coordinating with customers and vendors.

Averi's advising focus is all things admissions related including transitioning into the major, programs and opportunities at Mason, and student involvement.
Events and Administrative Assistant, Carter School
Liam supports the events and administrative team by planning online and in-person events, performing administrative duties, and providing undergrad assistance to the Fairfax County office for the Carter School.

As an avid life-long learner, Monique holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology and a Master’s degree in Human Behavior.
