Dr David Ragland is a writer, scholar, and activist with a focus on racial justice, reparation and abolition. He is a co-founder and co-executive director for Culture, Organizing and Reparations at the Truth Telling Project and is currently the director of the Grassroots Reparations Campaign. David Ragland is also a special advisor to Congresswoman Cori Bush and a number of progressive political candidates throughout the U.S.

Dr. Rouge (Shedd) teaches both introductory and research methods courses and courses on terrorism, extremism, global conflicts, and ideologies. Her research includes work on the relationship of media to conflict, specifically focused on media coverage of terrorism and the role of women in political violence. 

Michael’s professional career includes leading press and/or policy shops at the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network, Climate Nexus (clients included the United Nations, Vatican City, The White House, and Fortune 500 Companies), U.S. Congress, Friends Committee on National Legislation, Institute for Economics and Peace, Biodiversity Northwest, Puget Soundkeeper Alliance and more.

David J. Smith is an educator, consultant, and career coach focusing on the fields of conflict resolution, peacebuilding, and humanitarian action.
