Cynthia Mazur is the Director for Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Federal Emergency Management Agency. She is a mentor/mediator in the Federal Shared Neutrals Program. At the D.C. Superior Court she mediates domestic cases and child abuse and neglect cases. She arbitrates legal malpractice and fee dispute cases for the D.C. Bar and mediates these cases, as well. The D.C.
